Full text

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 14-407(3)(a) of The Philadelphia Code, non-accessory parking is hereby authorized on the premises located at 4422-24 Ridge Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This authorization shall expire if the premises no longer is owned by the City of Philadelphia.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
