Amending Section 9-203 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Street Vendors," by permitting vending on certain sections of 49th street; all under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

(e) Street vending shall be permitted on the following streets only from Monday through Sunday, and only between the hours of 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM:
(.1) 49th street, both sides, from Parkside avenue to Jefferson street.
