Exemptions from Off-Street Loading Requirements
Notwithstanding the provisions of
§
14-806(2), for lots within the Chestnut and Walnut Street Area, West that meets the conditions of Table Note 14 of Table 14-502-2 (Supplemental Use Controls in the Center City Overlay District), any floor area in use as non-accessory parking shall not be used to calculate required loading spaces.
