THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Procurement Commissioner is hereby authorized to enter into a

contract for the construction of a public water main and appurtenant work, in accordance with

Chapter 13-300 of The Philadelphia Code, required to provide public water service, in the following locations:

The 4000 block of Wells Street

The 6600 block of Charles Street
