THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

Two-Hour Parking

7:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M.

Monday - Sunday

Except #23

Clarion street, east side, Reed street to Dickinson street.

SECTION 2 The following parking regulation is hereby established:

Two-Hour Parking

7:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M.

Monday - Sunday

Except #23

Clarion street, east side, Wharton street to Reed street.

SECTION 3. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

Two-Hour Parking

8:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.

Monday - Friday

Except #23

Manton street, north side, S. 8th street to S. 7th street.

SECTION 4. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

Two-Hour Parking

8:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M.

Monday - Saturday

Except #23

Wilder street, north side, S. 12th street to Dickinson street.

SECTION 5. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

Two-Hour Parking

8:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M.

Monday - Sunday

Franklin street, east side, Tasker street to Dickinson street.

SECTION 6. The following parking regulation is hereby established:
