THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 1 of Bill No. 210321 (approved June 28, 2021) is hereby amended to read as follows (matter added by amendment is in

SECTION 1. A Capital Budget for the Fiscal Year 2022, totaling

three billion,

sixty-one million, forty-six thousand

sixty-two million,

eight hundred and sixty-one thousand

dollars

($3,061,046,000),

($3,062,861,000),

is hereby adopted as set

forth in the attached Exhibit “A”.

SECTION 2. Exhibit A of Bill No. 210321 (approved June 28, 2021) is hereby amended to incorporate the following changes:

1. Under the “OIT” category, immediately after “Capital Projects”, increase the appropriation for the following project:
