Amending Bill No. 200352, entitled "An Ordinance amending Chapter 11-100 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled 'General Provisions,' to authorize the Streets Department to permit closure of the public right-of-way," during the COVID-19 emergency as amended by Bill No. 200498, to further extend the date Bill No. 200352 will remain in effect, all under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Bill No. 200352 (adopted June 26, 2020) is hereby amended to extend the date Bill No. 200352 will remain in effect from December 31, 2021 to June 30, 2022.
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
