Full text

WHEREAS, an Ordinance (Bill No. 200423) approved November 10, 2020 was conditional upon certain requirements being complied with within one (1) year from the date of approval; and

WHEREAS, it is desirable to extend the timeframe in which such requirements may be met; now, therefore,

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 5 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 200423) approved November 10, 2020 is hereby amended to read as follows:

SECTION 5. The permission granted to Owner to construct the Encroachment described in Section 1 shall expire without any further action by the City of Philadelphia if Owner has not entered into an Agreement and satisfied all requirements of the Agreement that are listed in Section 3 of this Ordinance [within one (1) year after this Ordinance becomes law.]

by November 10, 2022.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall not become effective unless the sum of two-hundred dollars ($200.00), toward costs thereof, is paid into the City Treasury within one-hundred twenty (120) days after this Ordinance becomes law.
