THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The following no truck parking regulation is hereby established:

NO TRUCK PARKING ANYTIME TOW AWAY ZONE

Both sides of Horning Road from Roosevelt Boulevard to its terminus further northwestwardly therefrom.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
