Myrtlewood Street, 1428 N. Myrtlewood Street, 1443 N. Myrtlewood Street, 719 Montgomery Avenue, 737 Montgomery Avenue, 739 Montgomery Avenue, 741 Montgomery Avenue, 743 Montgomery Avenue, 2453 N. Carlisle Street, 1532 N. Marston Street, 2408 N. 31st Street, 2410 N. 31st Street, 2412 N. 31st Street, 3013 W. York Street, 3015 W. York Street and 3108 W. York Street in the Fifth Councilmanic District of the City of Philadelphia and further authorizing the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank fee simple title to such properties pursuant to Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code.

WHEREAS Section 16-405 of the Philadelphia Code authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer title to any surplus property to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for subsequent transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank or otherwise; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to transfer to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority fee simple title to
