RESOLVED, THAT THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, Hereby honors and congratulates Philadelphia natives, Questlove, Jazmine Sullivan and the Philadelphia Orchestra for a stellar 2022 award season, collectively winning an Oscar and four Grammys for outstanding contributions to music and film.
