THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

The Department is authorized to designate a bicycle lane upon the following streets and regulate the operation and use of vehicles and bicycles upon such streets in a manner consistent with Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) regulations:

(*) West Market street, from 20th street to 23rd street: One bicycle lane in each direction; the removal of a travel lane, westbound, within the same limits; the removal of a parking lane on the north side of the street on the 2200 block; and the removal of some parking on the north side of the 2000 and 2100 blocks.

NO STOPPING ANYTIME
West Market street, north side, from 21st street to 22nd street
AUTHORIZED PARKING ONLY
West Market street, north side, from 20th street to 21st Street
NO STOPPING ANYTIME PROVIDED THAT A 75 FOOT LOADING ZONE SHALL BE ESTABLISHED AT A POINT ROUGHLY 125 FEET WEST OF 20TH STREET
(a) Section 1: Immediately.
(b) Section 2: Upon replacement of parking signage consistent with this Ordinance.
(c) Section 3: Upon replacement of parking signage consistent with this Ordinance.
