Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority deeds conveying fee simple title to 1446 N. Dover Street, 1446 N. Newkirk Street, 1629 N. Marston Street and 1631 N. Bailey Street in the Fifth Councilmanic District of the City of Philadelphia and further authorizing the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank fee simple title to such properties pursuant to Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code.

WHEREAS, Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer title to 1446 N. Dover Street, 1446 N. Newkirk Street, 1629 N. Marston Street and 1631 N. Bailey Street to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for subsequent transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank or otherwise; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to transfer to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority fee simple title to 1446 N. Dover Street, 1446 N. Newkirk Street, 1629 N. Marston Street and 1631 N. Bailey Street pursuant to Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code

SECTION 2. The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority is hereby authorized to transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank fee simple title to 1446 N. Dover Street, 1446 N. Newkirk Street, 1629 N. Marston Street and 1631 N. Bailey Street pursuant to Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code
