THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows:

[The area bounded by the north side of E. Girard avenue to its intersection with the Delaware Expressway, the Delaware Expressway to its intersection with Kensington avenue, along the east side of Kensington avenue to its intersection with York street, along the south side of York street to its intersection with Sixth street and along the east side of Sixth street to its intersection with Girard avenue.]

The area bounded by the east side of 6th street to the south side of Master street to the east side of American street to the south side of Oxford street to the east side of Frankford avenue to the south side of Palmer street to the east side of Memphis street to the north side of Norris street to the east side of Trenton avenue to the north side of Susquehanna avenue to the east side of Martha street to the north side of Dauphin street to the east side of Amber street to the north side of Boston street to the east side of Emerald street to the north side of Hagert street to the east side of Kensington avenue to the south side of Allegheny avenue to the Delaware Expressway to its intersection with the north side of Girard avenue.

District 38 - [The Streets Department, by regulation, shall determine the boundaries for permit parking District 38, which shall exist within portions of permit parking District 25 and permit parking District 30. The Streets Department, by regulation, shall alter the boundaries of permit parking District 25 and permit parking District 30 to create permit parking District 38.]
