WHEREAS, Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer title to 2863 Amber Street to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for subsequent transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank or otherwise. now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to transfer to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority fee simple title to 2863 Amber Street pursuant to Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code

SECTION 2. The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority is hereby authorized to transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank fee simple title to 2863 Amber Street pursuant to Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code
