Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority deeds conveying fee simple title to 1834, 1837, 1840, 1846 and 1848 S. Allison Street, 4322 Lancaster Avenue, 767, 769 and 771 Pallas Street, 5517 Paschall Avenue, 3909 Wallace Street, 642 N. 39th Street and 713 N. 43rd Street in the Third Councilmanic District of the City of Philadelphia and further authorizing the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank fee simple title to such properties pursuant to Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code.

WHEREAS, Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer title to 1834, 1837, 1840, 1846 and 1848 S. Allison Street, 4322 Lancaster Avenue, 767, 769 and 771 Pallas Street, 5517 Paschall Avenue, 3909 Wallace Street, 642 N. 39th Street and 713 N. 43rd Street to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for subsequent transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank or otherwise; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, AS FOLLOWS

SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to transfer to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority fee simple title to 1834, 1837, 1840, 1846 and 1848 S. Allison Street, 4322 Lancaster Avenue, 767, 769 and 771 Pallas Street, 5517 Paschall Avenue, 3909 Wallace Street, 642 N. 39th Street and 713 N. 43rd Street pursuant to Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code

SECTION 2. The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority is hereby authorized to transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank fee simple title to 1834, 1837, 1840, 1846 and 1848 S. Allison Street, 4322 Lancaster Avenue, 767, 769 and 771 Pallas Street, 5517 Paschall Avenue, 3909 Wallace Street, 642 N. 39th Street and 713 N. 43rd Street pursuant to Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code
