THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Section 20-304 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows:
TITLE 20. OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES
CHAPTER 20-300. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
§ 20-304.
Compensation for Members of Boards, Commissions, Committees and Councils.
(41) Environmental Justice Advisory Commission. Each member of the Environmental Justice Advisory Commission shall receive [forty]
one hundred twenty-five
dollars [($40)]

compensation for each [monthly] meeting of the [Board]
Commission
which
the member
attends; provided, that the total compensation paid to each member in any year shall not exceed [two hundred forty]
one thousand five hundred
