Amending Section 9-1132 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Cashless Retail Prohibition," by providing an exemption for gym membership transactions, under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 9-1132 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows:
