THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Section 12-919 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

(b) No person shall park a semitrailer or truck tractor on [a single block of any residential street.]
