8:00 AM- 6:00 PM
Monday - Friday
Except RPP#1
Chadwick street, west side, Washington avenue to Carpenter street.
SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established:
Two Hour Parking
8:00 AM- 12:00 AM
Monday - Sunday
Except RPP#1
S. 26th street, east side, Bainbridge street to South street
