THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

NO STOPPING ANYTIME

TOW AWAY ZONE

N. Carlisle Street, east side, Poplar Street to W. Girard Avenue

SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

Two-Hour Parking

8:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.

Monday - Friday

Except #17

N. Carlisle Street, west side, Poplar Street to W. Girard Avenue

SECTION 3.

This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
