Delegating to the Streets Department the authority to establish certain parking restrictions by regulation on both sides of Walnut street between 40th street and 63rd street, under certain terms and conditions.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. The Streets Department is authorized to promulgate regulations to establish loading zones on both sides of Walnut street between 40th street and 63rd street consistent with protection of public safety and appropriate use of the right-of-way. Such regulations may provide for loading zones measuring up to eighty (80) feet per block.
SECTION 2. The regulations shall take effect upon placement of signage consistent with such regulations.
