Bucknell Street; 2117, 2221 Earp Street; 2007 Ellsworth Street; 2537 Oakford Street; 1818, 2229 Latona Street; 1730, 2014, 2114, 2236, 2426, 2532 Manton Street; 1545 S. Ringgold Street; 1506, 1511, S. Stillman Street; 1519, 1527, 1529 S. Taney Street; 1702 S. 20th Street; 1419 S. 22nd Street; 1230, 1303 S. 23rd Street located in the 2nd Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.

WHEREAS, Section 16-706 of The Philadelphia Code authorizes the Philadelphia Land Bank (“Land Bank”) to convey, exchange, sell, transfer, lease, grant or mortgage interests in real property of the Land Bank in accordance with the requirements of

of the Philadelphia Code;

WHEREAS, the Land Bank Board of Directors (the “Board”) has determined that it is in the best interest of the Land Bank to convey 1324 S. Bancroft Street; 1213 S. Bonsall Street; 1202, 1223 S. Bucknell Street; 2117, 2221 Earp Street; 2007 Ellsworth Street; 2537 Oakford Street; 1818, 2229 Latona Street; 1730, 2014, 2114, 2236, 2426, 2532 Manton Street; 1545 S. Ringgold Street; 1506, 1511, S. Stillman Street; 1519, 1527, 1529 S. Taney Street; 1702 S. 20th Street; 1419 S. 22nd Street; 1230, 1303 S. 23rd Street (collectively, the “Property”) for the development of affordable homeownership housing. The homes to be developed on

1324 S. Bancroft Street; 1213 S. Bonsall Street; 1202, 1223 S. Bucknell Street; 2117, 2221 Earp Street; 2007 Ellsworth Street; 2537 Oakford Street; 1818, 2229 Latona Street; 1730, 2014, 2114, 2236, 2426, 2532 Manton Street; 1545 S. Ringgold Street; 1506, 1511, S. Stillman Street; 1519, 1527, 1529 S. Taney Street; 1702 S. 20th Street; 1419 S. 22nd Street; 1230, 1303 S. 23rd Street

will be eligible for participation in the Neighborhood Preservation Initiative’s Turn the Key program.

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The Philadelphia Land Bank is hereby authorized to transfer title to 1324 S. Bancroft Street; 1213 S. Bonsall Street; 1202, 1223 S. Bucknell Street; 2117, 2221 Earp Street; 2007 Ellsworth Street; 2537 Oakford Street; 1818, 2229 Latona Street; 1730, 2014, 2114, 2236, 2426, 2532 Manton Street; 1545 S. Ringgold Street; 1506, 1511, S. Stillman Street; 1519, 1527, 1529 S. Taney Street; 1702 S. 20th Street; 1419 S. 22nd Street; 1230, 1303 S. 23rd pursuant to Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code and

Act 153 of 2012, 68 Pa. C.S.A. § 2101,

et seq
