Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning," by creating an overlay district entitled, "/KEA Kensington El Area Overlay District," to include certain areas of land within the area bounded by Erie Avenue, Torresdale Avenue, Hunting Park Avenue, Jasper Street, Castor Avenue, Glenwood Avenue, Jasper Street, Tioga Street, and K Street, under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
