WHEREAS, Mayor James F. Kenney has nominated Valerie I. Harrison for appointment as a member of the Philadelphia Board of Ethics, to serve for a one-year term; and
WHEREAS, Section 3-806 of the Charter requires the advice and consent of a majority of all members of the Council for the appointment of members of the Board of Ethics; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That Council hereby consents to and confirms the appointment of Valerie I. Harrison as a member of the Board of Ethics, to serve in the term ending November 16, 2024.
