THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
TITLE 9. REGULATION OF BUSINESSES, TRADES AND PROFESSIONS.
CHAPTER 9-200. COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES ON STREETS
§ 9-203. Street Vendors.
(7) Prohibited Conduct. No vendor or person shall:
(o) stop, stand or park [his]
their
vehicle,
service,
or conveyance for the purpose of selling any goods, wares,
services,
and merchandise on the following roadways:

The Fifty-Fourth Ward, which encompasses the area bounded by Cottman Avenue, Roosevelt Boulevard, and then Castor Avenue.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately.
