THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

NO STOPPING ANYTIME

TOW AWAY ZONE

The southerly marginal access roadway of Washington Avenue, South side, Front Street to 2nd Street.

SECTION 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

NO STOPPING ANYTIME

TOW AWAY ZONE

The southerly marginal access roadway of Washington Avenue, South side, Moyamensing Avenue to 3rd Street.

SECTION 3. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

NO STOPPING ANYTIME

TOW AWAY ZONE

The southerly marginal access roadway of Washington Avenue, North side, 2nd Street to Moyamensing Avenue.

SECTION 4. Pursuant to Section 12-203 of The Philadelphia Code, the following one-way regulation is hereby established:

The southerly marginal access roadway of Washington Avenue, Water Street to Front Street, Eastbound.

SECTION 5. Pursuant to Section 12-203 of The Philadelphia Code, the following one-way regulation is hereby established:

The southerly marginal access roadway of Washington Avenue, Moyamensing Avenue to 3rd Street, Westbound.

SECTION 6. The following no parking regulations are hereby established, pursuant to section 12-203 of the Philadelphia Code:

NO PARKING ANYTIME

The southerly marginal access roadway of Washington Avenue, 3rd Street to 4th Street, both sides.

SECTION 7. The following no parking regulations are hereby established, pursuant to section 12-203 of the Philadelphia Code:

NO PARKING ANYTIME

The southerly marginal access roadway of Washington Avenue, North side, 2nd Street to Moyamensing Avenue.

SECTION 8. The following no parking regulations are hereby established, pursuant to section 12-203 of the Philadelphia Code:

NO PARKING ANYTIME

The southerly marginal access roadway of Washington Avenue, South side, Front Street to 2nd Street.

SECTION 9. Pursuant to Section 11-700 of The Philadelphia Code, the following closure of the public right-of-way to motor traffic regulation is hereby established:

The southerly marginal access roadway of Washington Avenue, 3rd Street to 4th Street, both sides.
