Full Bill

WHEREAS, Mayor Cherelle L. Parker has proposed to reappoint James Aros, Jr., as the Chief Assessment Office of the Office of Property Assessment; and

WHEREAS, Section 2-304 of The Philadelphia Code requires the advice and consent of a majority of all members of the Council for the appointment of the Chief Assessment Officer; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA,

That the reappointment of James Aros, Jr., to the position of Chief Assessment Officer of the Office of Property Assessment, to serve in the term ending June 30, 2026, is confirmed.
