THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Procurement Commissioner is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the construction of a public sewer and appurtenant work required to provide public sewer service, in accordance with Chapter 13-400 of The Philadelphia Code, in the following location:

The 600 and 700 blocks of Hendren Street
