THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows:

CHAPTER 12-2700. PERMIT PARKING DISTRICTS

§12-2703. Designation of Permit Parking Districts.

* * *

(2) Permit parking districts enumerated.

* * *

(oo) District 40 - Fox Chase: The area bounded by both sides of Jeanes Street from Rhawn Street to Stanwood Street.

SECTION 2. Effective date. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
