Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Housing Authority deeds conveying fee simple title to 4419R Market Street and 4310R Haverford Avenue in the Third Councilmanic District of the City of Philadelphia.

WHEREAS,

Section 16-706 of the Philadelphia Code authorizes the Philadelphia Land Bank to convey, exchange, sell, transfer, lease, grant or mortgage interests in real property in the form and by the method determined to be in the best interests of the Land Bank in accordance with the requirements of Section 16-400 to the Philadelphia Housing Authority or otherwise.

NOW, THEREFORE,

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, AS FOLLOWS

The Philadelphia Land Bank is hereby authorized to transfer to the Philadelphia Housing Authority fee simple title to 4419R Market Street and 4310R Haverford Avenue in the Third Councilmanic District of the City of Philadelphia pursuant to Section 16-706 of the Philadelphia Code.
