Full Bill

WHEREAS, The Public Transportation Law, 74 Pa. C.S. § 1713, provides that appointments of the Mayor to the Board of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority must be approved by Council; and

WHEREAS, The Mayor has proposed the appointment of Richard Harris to the Board for the term ending September 1, 2025; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, That the appointment of Richard Harris as a member of the Board of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, to serve in the term ending September 1, 2025, is hereby approved.
