THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

TITLE 14. ZONING AND PLANNING

CHAPTER 14-300. ADMINISTRATION AND PROCEDURES

§ 14-303. Common Procedures and Requirements.

Public Hearings of the Zoning Board of Adjustment.

[Three members of the Zoning Board shall constitute a quorum for any public hearing required under this Zoning Code.] A majority of the members of the Zoning Board shall constitute a quorum.

[No action shall be taken by the Board unless at least three members of the Board, present at the time of the vote, concur.
