Full Bill

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

Section 1. Pursuant to Section 12-602 of The Philadelphia Code, the following one-way regulation is hereby established:

The 100 block of Maplewood Avenue, from Greene Street to Wayne Avenue, Westbound.

Section 2. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

Establishing public parking on the north side of Maplewood Avenue, from Greene Street to Wayne Avenue.

Section 3. The following parking regulation is hereby established:

NO STOPPING ANYTIME TOW AWAY ZONE

The 100 block of Maplewood Avenue, from Greene Street to Wayne Avenue, South Side.

Section 4. Section 12-701 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows:

§12-701. Designation of Bicycle Lanes

(2) The department is authorized to designate a bicycle lane upon the following streets and regulate the operation and use of vehicles and bicycles upon such streets in a manner consistent with Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) regulations.

(jj) One buffered bike lane on the south side of Maplewood Avenue from Greene Street to Wayne Avenue, traveling westbound.

Section 5. This Ordinance will take effect upon the completion of construction by the Streets Department.
