THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 12-2700 of The Philadelphia Code is amended to read as follows:

CHAPTER 12-2700. PERMIT PARKING DISTRICTS

§12-2703. Designation of Permit Parking Districts.

* * *

(2) Permit parking districts enumerated.

* * *

(c) District 3 - West Philadelphia: The area bounded by the

west side of North 48th Street and the north side of Haverford Avenue on the southeast; the west side of North 44th Street and Belmont Avenue on the east;

[SEPTA Regional Highspeed Line tracks on the east and on the north;]City Line avenue on the

north

and west; the Cobbs Creek on the southwest; and the north side of Market street on the south.

(pp) District 41 - West Philadelphia: The area bounded by the SEPTA Regional Highspeed Line tracks on the east and northeast; City Line Avenue on the north; the east side of Belmont Avenue and North 44th Street on the west; the south side of Haverford Avenue and east side of North 48th Street on the southwest; and the north side of Market Street on the south.

SECTION 2. Effective date. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately.
