The City of Philadelphia is acquiring a perpetual right and easement from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for a tract of land at the intersection of Southampton Road and Roosevelt Boulevard. This will allow the City to make roadway and related improvements. The acquisition is part of the City's efforts to improve its infrastructure.

Authorizing the Commissioner of Public Property, on behalf of the City, to acquire from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania a perpetual right and easement on, over and across a certain tract of land at the intersection of Southampton Road and Roosevelt Boulevard for roadway and related improvements, under certain terms and conditions.
