A Capital Budget for the Fiscal Year 2025, totaling
five billion, four hundred sixty one million, eight hundred three thousand dollars ($5,461,803,000)

, is hereby adopted as set forth in the attached Exhibit “A.”
Section 2.
The existing pages of Exhibit “A” to Bill No. 240181 are amended as shown on the pages attached hereto, with deletions in
