sixteen billion, two hundred and fourteen million, four hundred twenty-one thousand dollars ($16,214,421,000)
sixteen billion, three hundred forty-eight million, one hundred twenty-four thousand dollars ($16,348,124,000)
in estimated costs, is hereby adopted as set forth in the attached Exhibit “A.”
