Full text

WHEREAS, an Ordinance (Bill No. 180560) approved July 10, 2018 was conditional upon certain requirements being complied with within two (2) years from the date of approval; and

WHEREAS, Section 2 of the Ordinance has been amended by Bill Nos. 200537, 220489 and 230402, each extending the period for

compliance with the terms and conditions of the Ordinance; and

WHEREAS, the current compliance date by which certain requirements of the Ordinance must be complied with is July 10, 2025; and

WHEREAS, it is desirable to further extend the timeframe in which such requirements may be met; now, therefore

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of an Ordinance (Bill No. 180560) approved July 10, 2018, is hereby amended to read as follows:
