THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1: Pursuant to Section 12-203 of The Philadelphia Code, the following one-way regulation, heretofore established on a trial basis, is hereby established:

Winona Street, from Laurens Street to Morris Street, eastbound.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
