THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

TITLE 9. REGULATIONS OF BUSINESSES, TRADES AND PROFESSIONS

Permissible Locations. Farmers' Markets at the following locations shall be permitted:

The sidewalk and the curb lane of the west side of the 500 block of South 43rd Street on Thursdays. The 500 block of South 43rd Street, between Baltimore Avenue and Chester Avenue, excluding the sidewalks, shall be permitted for use on Saturdays only, year round, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. 562
