SECTION 1. Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

The 500 block of South 43rd Street, between Baltimore Avenue and Chester Avenue, excluding the sidewalks, shall be permitted for use on Saturdays only, year round, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. 562
