Full text

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The Streets Department is authorized to promulgate regulations to prohibit or restrict the stopping of vehicles and to establish and revise time-limited loading zones on both sides of 47th Street between Chestnut Street and Kingsessing Street consistent with the protection of public safety and appropriate use of the right-of-way.

SECTION 2. The regulations shall take effect upon placement of signage consistent with such regulations.
