THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

(2) Use Regulations.

(e) Personal Care Home and Group Living

uses are prohibited in RSD-1, RSD-2, RSD-3, RSA-1, RSA-2, RSA-3, RSA-4, RSA-5, RSA-6, AND RTA-1 districts.
