Amending Title 20 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled “Officers and Employees,” by changing the compensation of members of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, all under certain terms and conditions.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. Title 20 of The Philadelphia Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

Zoning Board of Adjustment. Each member of the Zoning Board of Adjustment shall receive one hundred dollars ($100) as compensation for each meeting of the Board which [he]
