December 01, 2025 TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA: I am transmitting for the consideration of your Honorable Body a draft of a Resolution entitled: RESOLUTION Authorizing the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to execute and deliver to the Philadelphia Land Bank deeds conveying title to 92 Collum Street, 98 Collum Street, and 5128 Wakefield Street, located in the 8th Councilmanic District, pursuant to the requirements of the Commonwealth Land Bank Act.
