Regulating the direction of movement of traffic on Adams Avenue between Wingohocking Street and Frankford Avenue, as well as Leiper Street between Adams Avenue and Ruan Street.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA HEREBY ORDAINS:

SECTION 1. The following one-way regulation is hereby established:

Adams Avenue between Frankford Avenue and Ruan Street, one-way westbound.

SECTION 2. The following two-way regulation is hereby established:

Adams Avenue between Church Street and Ruan Street.

SECTION 3. The following one-way regulation is hereby established:

Adams Avenue between Church Street and Wingohocking Street, one-way westbound.

SECTION 4. The following two-way regulation is hereby established:

Leiper Street between Adams Avenue and Ruan Street.

SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately.
