WHEREAS, Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code authorizes the Commissioner of Public Property to transfer title to any surplus property to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for subsequent transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank or otherwise; now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA, AS FOLLOWS

:

SECTION 1. The Commissioner of Public Property is hereby authorized to transfer to the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority fee simple title to 2045 S. 56th Street; 5123, 5125, 5127, 5129 Baltimore Avenue pursuant to Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code.

SECTION 2. The Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority is hereby authorized to transfer to the Philadelphia Land Bank fee simple title to 2045 S. 56th Street; 5123, 5125, 5127, 5129 Baltimore Avenue pursuant to Section 16-405 of The Philadelphia Code.
