The Philadelphia City Council has passed a resolution allowing the Philadelphia Land Bank to sell properties at 3902, 3906 W. Girard Avenue, and 3911-15 Cambridge Street. This decision affects the owners or potential buyers of these properties, as well as the surrounding community in the 3rd Councilmanic District. The sale will follow the rules outlined in Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.

Authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 3902, 3906 W. Girard Avenue, 3911-15 Cambridge Street located in the 3rd Councilmanic District in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of The Philadelphia Code.
