The City Council has adopted a resolution recognizing March as National Reading Month and March 2nd as Read Across America Day in Philadelphia. This resolution honors community organizations that work to improve literacy skills among youth and adults in the city. Recognizing March as "National Reading Month" and March 2nd as "Read Across America Day" in the City of Philadelphia, and further honoring the critical work of community organizations working to expand literacy skills of youth and adults across the City of Philadelphia.
