March 04, 2026 TO THE PRESIDENT AND MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA: I am submitting herewith for the consideration of your Honorable Body the following proposed Ordinance: AN ORDINANCE Amending Title 14 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled "Zoning and Planning" by amending certain provisions of the CMX-1, Commercial Mixed Use, zoning district regarding uses, dimensional requirements, and parking, all under certain terms and conditions.
